An independent guide for practical CAD work

CADCraft AI is an independent community guide for people who want to download, try, understand, and automate CADCraft. We bring useful information into one place: release links, installation notes, browser usage, command tutorials, AutoCAD comparisons, and practical examples for people working from a terminal or with AI agents.

CADCraft is open-source CAD software developed by the ArtCraft team. This site is not the official CADCraft project, a software vendor, or a support desk for any commercial CAD product. It is also not affiliated with Autodesk, Inc. or the ArtCraft team. CADCraft, ArtCraft, and AutoCAD belong to their respective owners; this guide does not speak for, represent, or receive support from those organizations. AutoCAD is a registered trademark of Autodesk, Inc.

The site is written and maintained by independent contributors who test workflows, read project documentation and release notes, and revise pages when behavior changes. We try to record what worked, what did not, and where a feature is still experimental rather than presenting every command as production-ready. Downloads link to official project sources whenever possible, but you should still verify versions and checksums before installing software.

If you have a question, find a broken link, notice an inaccurate command, or want to suggest a topic, please email support@cadcraft.org. We can help improve this guide and point you toward the right official source, although we cannot speak for or provide official support for the CADCraft project, Autodesk, Inc., or the ArtCraft team.
